On January 29, CECEP Deputy CEO Yu Honghui headed a team to Fuchuan Yao Autonomous County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, to inspect poverty relief work. He asserted that CECEP takes poverty relief as a significant mission that must be fulfilled with sincerity and passion. CECEP is committed to performing its social responsibility as a central SOE and propelling poverty alleviation through industrial development and project construction, aiming to lift every poor person in Fuchuan County out of poverty by 2020, he added.

During the inspection tour, Yu visited several villages in Liujia Township, where he investigated and studied issues relating to land transfer, industrial poverty alleviation planning and new countryside construction. He also collected information about the implementation of CECEP’s aid project featuring solar road lamps.
